Still not getting a job?

It’s so easy, to do the same thing over and over again.

You could be following the best advice out there and still be stuck in the same rut of not landing any interviews or offers.

Why is that? Why can’t you still not land even an interview? It’s because it’s the wrong advice for you. No, there is no problem with the advice, it most likely works, it just isn’t working for you.

Do you know the definition of insanity? Doing the same thing over and over and expecting a different result.

If you are doing the same thing in your job search and still not landing an interview or an offer, then you will have to change something.

There are a million ways to get a job, and not all million work for every single job and every single candidate. You have to try what works for you.

Follow agency recruiters who are in your field and are active on LinkedIn. Ask them for help. Engage a career coach that has multitude of experience helping people in similar situation to yours.

If something isn’t working, change it. Tweak it, until you land a job. There is no such thing as a one-size fits all in job search. Every job I have gotten had a different story to it.
